B-Ball League

* I finally get to play in a basketball league after missing all of last year and the 2nd half of the year before. Can anyone guess why I missed all that time? We're playing in a league at the Eagan Comm Center on Wed nights. 4 games into the season and we're 4-0. Our defense has been sick. We do this full court zone and most of the teams have struggled to break it. We get lots of turnovers and easy baskets. We've been struggling against man defense lately but our D is so good we win regardless. The league posts points for and points against and through 3 weeks we were 3rd in points for and 1st in points against. We lead points against by a lot. No one can score on us. Last night we won 39-25 and the team only score 9pts on us in the 2nd half. The bad thing is we haven't played some of the top teams yet. Starting next week we'll play 2-3 in a row against teams who also started the season off undefeated. We'll see what happens in those games.

* Speaking of basketball, how about them T-Wolves? What the F! We fire another coach, we have guys getting suspended and we're on a 5 game losing streak. Awesome. Losing 5 games with this team shouldn't happen. I know we're not the Suns or the Mavs but still, we have KG and losing 5 games straight is whack.
