Sleeping in

* Sleeping in kicks ass. I slept in all 4 days over the break.

* Got some early birthday gifts. Couple Best Buy gift cards. I'm sure I'll get more for my b-day and x-mas. What should I buy? Xbox 360, tons of DVDs, a new TV for our bedroom?

* Saw Harry Potter 4 at the IMAX. Its a pretty frickin' sweet place to watch movies.

* We were suppose to bowl over the weekend but we didn't. I'm really itching to go roll.

* Note on trading KG: This is getting out of hand. There is a ridiculous amount of rumors from various newspapers and websites. Check out one of my favorite websites for hoops rumors. http://www.hoopshype.com/rumors.htm. The rumors are updated daily so check for the rumors posted on 11/22.

* I am pretty excited for Turkey day. We're going to my aunt's house in Lakeville. Later on we'll head to the Kuzma's for the annual bowling tournament. By the way I'm usually am on the winning team and plan to repeat as champions.

* Check out the movie Unleashed. Its out on DVD now. Pretty sweet Jet Li action movie with a weird story.

Trade KG???

* So the Wolves are 4-4, not too bad. But Lots of peps think we should trade KG. I say F that.

* This Saturday I'm playing poker. AJ is hosting. I'm playing with a bunch of dudes who have this league going and they play once a month. I'm not in the league but they let none league players play. * Yesterday was our first two-hand touch football league game. Last year I only got to play in three games before I tore my stupid ACL, so I was pretty excited. Unfortunately we lost like 30-12. My highlight plays were "posting up" a short guy in the endzone and my QB just tossed it up in the air. I jumped up and caught it for our first score. I caught a couple other passes about 5 yards out and ran for another 20+ in both. Ben says that's hard to do since everyone plays zone, but a lot of the guys in this league seem slow. The ref robbed me of catching an extra point, said I was out of bounds, but everyone else said I was in. Even though we lost it was fun.

* We are painting our bedroom tomorrow. Yippy!!!! Wait. I hate painting, it sucks.

* Next week = short work week. Hells yeah.

2nd Post

Wow. Thanks for all the comments on the first post of my blog.

* How the hell did the Vikings win you ask? By setting an NFL record by scoring TDs on a INT return, a kick off return and a punt return. Thats insane. And yes, I hate Paul Edinger and he misses FGs a lot but at least he can make the game winners, the exact opposite of Gary Anderson. Remember that? Still sucks.

* First touch football game this Thursday at the U of M field house. Hopefully my knee will holdup. It will be nice to play of the field turf.

* T-Wolves 3-3. 3-0 at home, 0-3 on the road. Hopefully this trend doesn't last the whole season. McCants had filithy dunk last night on Marcus Camby, followed by some bone head taunting that got him ejected.

* Last weekend at the cabin we had a lot of fun. Erin and AJ joined us and we ate and drank all weekend. Beverages included: Beer, Wine, Bloody Mary's, Vodka Red Bulls, Vodka sours, Muddy Mud Slides, Colorado Bulldogs and Strawberry Daiquiris. Mandy and Erin didn't even leave the cabin from Friday night at 10ish until Sunday at like noon. Good stuff. We also watched 5 DVDs and played some games. I grilled steaks in the rain and they were tasty.

I had to sign up for this blogger site to post on someone else's blog, so I decided to try my own. Who knows how long it will last??? Anyway...

* T-Wolves 3-2. Not bad after two loses on the road in OT. My current favorite T-Wolf is Anthony Carter. Man does he hussle. Did anyone see him SWAT away Smush Parker's shot as the shot clock expired? Sick.

* Ultimate Frisbee. We (Sub Zero) did awesome at Nationals a few weeks ago. Finished 6th after losing to Furious in the Quaterfinals by 1 goal. We were seeded 10th and its our best finish since 2001.

* Most recent movies. Mandy and I saw Jarhead last weekend. She liked it a lot, I thought it was OK. I need to watch it again though because there is some really good dialogue. I also watched Kingdom of Heaven. Nothing special. A sub-par film for Ridley Scott.

* Going to the cabin this weekend. Should be fun and relaxing.
